Analytical Definition Specialist

Job Summary

Translating scientific requirements into precise laboratory workflows, the full-time Analytical Definition Specialist will build and maintain analytical definition templates within a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) while collaborating with laboratory teams and project managers to ensure accurate and timely testing for BioPharmaceutical and Medical Device clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and peer review analytical definition templates in LIMS using approved methods and specifications
• Partner with laboratory contacts and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure correct template configuration
• Perform detailed reviews to confirm accuracy and compliance with documented requirements, while prioritizing work based on deadlines and client needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, business, or a related field, or equivalent directly-related experience
• Familiarity with analytical methodology, specifications, and certificates of analysis
• Experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
