Job Summary
Supporting the product lifecycle, the full-time remote Analytics Business Specialist will research and provide groundwork for product improvements, manage end-user engagement processes, and develop reports to address complex business problems.
Key responsibilities
- Assist credit unions and internal users in creating reports and resolving data questions
- Design and develop new reports, educational assets, and training materials
- Participate in formal projects to define scope, document business requirements, and transition to solutions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Data Science, Applied Math, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline
- Three years of product service/support or client relationship experience within the financial services industry
- Two years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role with large data sets
- Experience with data delivery or analytic tools/applications preferred
