Analytics Consultant, Revenue Cycle
Job Summary
To support the Revenue Cycle Transformation practice, the full-time remote Analytics Consultant will manage client data acquisition, conduct exploratory analysis, and enable solution design through advanced analytics and business intelligence tools.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with client teams to extract and prepare structured data, ensuring quality and alignment for analytics deployment
- Conduct exploratory analysis to identify trends and deliver insights through dashboards and reports using Power BI/Tableau
- Collaborate with engineering teams to design analytic solutions and coach consulting teams on BI tool functionality
Required qualifications
- 5-8 years of relevant analytics experience, with at least 2 years in a healthcare-related field
- Working knowledge of Epic Clarity database; Clarity/Cogito certification is required
- Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative or technology-related field (e.g., Business, Mathematics, Statistics)
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and familiarity with BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
- Experience with programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R, and exposure to cloud-based data platforms preferred
