Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Data Engineering team, the full-time salaried Analytics Engineer will build and maintain scalable data models, ensuring data accuracy and performance for business analysts and executive stakeholders in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain robust Kimball dimensional models and BI datasets tailored for business analysts and decision-makers
• Ensure high data quality and pipeline accuracy through automated testing and proactive alerting systems
• Integrate data governance and metric standardization practices to ensure secure data access across teams

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or data science
• Demonstrated experience with dimensional data modeling techniques and using dbt for defining and documenting metric logic
• Proficiency in Advanced SQL, dbt, Snowflake, Python, Git, and modern BI tools
• Experience working with business domain data such as Salesforce and Google Analytics for BI consumption
