Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing analytics team, the fully remote Analytics Engineer will investigate incidents using raw production data, build metrics for system health, and contribute to core frameworks and tooling in Python and Rust.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate incidents and requests end-to-end, determining root causes and recommending resolutions
- Build and maintain metrics that measure system health and performance, producing clear reporting for stakeholders
- Contribute to the team's core framework and tooling to enhance investigation and measurement processes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience, including production systems
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with Python, focusing on data extraction and analysis
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Rust in a production environment
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with raw/source data
