Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Owning the data foundation for customer experience, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will design and maintain data models, integrate diverse data sources, and build dashboards to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain dbt data models for support data, including ticketing, KYC, withdrawals, and market resolution workflows
- Integrate data from various sources into the cloud warehouse and establish data quality tests and documentation
- Build dashboards and self-serve datasets to empower CX teammates in answering operational questions independently
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in analytics engineering, data engineering, or a closely related data role
- Expert SQL and strong hands-on dbt experience, including modeling, testing, and documentation
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift
- Familiarity with data ingestion tools like Fivetran or Airbyte, and working knowledge of Python
- Strong data modeling fundamentals with a proven track record of building user-friendly systems for non-technical teams
