Analytics Engineer

Job Summary

To support HR's data-driven initiatives, the full-time Analytics Engineer will develop and maintain data pipelines on GCP/BigQuery/dbt, automate recruiting reports, and create self-service dashboards to enhance decision-making in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain HR data pipelines linking employee lifecycle data to enhance analytics capabilities
• Automate recurring recruiting reports and translate talent data into actionable insights
• Develop scalable, self-service dashboards and implement data governance practices for sensitive HR data

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with experience extracting and modeling data from major HRIS or ATS platforms
• Demonstrated ability to build custom dashboards and data visualizations using BI platforms or code-based environments
• Broad understanding of HR programs and metrics across the employee lifecycle, including recruiting
• A point of view on AI/LLM-based analytics tools and experience implementing them is a plus
