Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
To support a large-scale federal healthcare data and technology modernization program, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will design and maintain scalable data models and transformation pipelines, transforming complex data into analytics-ready datasets for reporting and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable analytics data models and transformation pipelines
- Transform raw data into trusted, structured, analytics-ready datasets for reporting and operational decision-making
- Collaborate with data engineers and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and develop technical solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or business intelligence engineering
- Advanced proficiency with SQL and experience developing data models and transformation pipelines
- Experience with modern data warehouses, cloud data platforms, or data lake environments
- Strong understanding of ETL/ELT concepts and data integration
