Analytics Engineer
Job Summary
Transforming CRM data into actionable insights, the full-time Analytics Engineer will design and build data solutions, develop customer intelligence at scale, and enhance data architecture while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and construct data solutions for CRM, structuring datasets, tables, rules, and pipelines to support customer relationship strategies
- Develop automated, reusable data solutions for customer segmentation and intelligence based on business rules and needs
- Enhance CRM data architecture, focusing on modeling, integration, performance, quality, and governance of data
Required qualifications
- Advanced SQL skills for manipulating and transforming large volumes of data
- Experience with Databricks for developing and operationalizing data solutions
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering, automation, processing, and analysis
- Knowledge of data engineering concepts, including pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data quality
- Understanding of AI/GenAI engineering, including LLMs and automation solutions
