Job Summary
Collaborating across departments, the full-time remote Analytics Engineer will build and maintain data transformations, apply software engineering best practices, and support data quality initiatives to empower company leaders with actionable insights.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain data transformations using dbt for analytics and facilitate self-service reporting
- Apply software engineering best practices to enhance the performance and automation of ELT processes
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate data requirements for analyses and projects
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in analytics engineering or a closely related role
- Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with dbt or similar tools for data transformations
- Experience querying a cloud data warehouse (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift)
- Comfortable using the command line and version control (git)
- Experience using AI tools to assist in coding and QA processes
