Job Summary

Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop the analytics engineering team, focusing on hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations
- Set technical standards for the dbt repository and oversee the architecture and documentation of data models
- Own the Snowflake warehouse and data pipelines, ensuring data quality and operational reliability
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing engineers in a data or analytics engineering context
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and dimensional modeling
- Extensive experience with dbt, including version control and change management
- Familiarity with pipeline engineering and AWS cloud data infrastructure
- Experience in supporting analysts or quantitative teams by translating business questions into data models
