Job Summary
Supporting analytics functions for high-profile US Government digital services, the full-time remote Analytics Engineering Manager will design and orchestrate data workflows, ensuring measurable front- and back-end features while collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement repeatable data workflows between cloud and on-prem environments, utilizing Databricks for reporting access to PowerBI
- Collaborate with technical teams to address discrepancies and modify data models for consistent cross-team reporting
- Support a high-profile service relied upon by millions of Americans, ensuring streamlined customer journey reporting
Required qualifications
- Undergraduate degree with 4+ years of experience in data analysis or analytics workflows, or 6+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- Foundational understanding of customer journey mapping for high-volume consumer-facing web applications
- Experience with data warehousing software such as Databricks, Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for dataset inspection and manipulation
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust security clearance; U.S. citizenship is required
