Analytics Lead
Job Summary
Leading a team of analysts, the full-time Global Analytics Lead will manage analytics operations remotely from Barcelona or Madrid, focusing on driving insights for individual doctors and clinics while implementing AI-first practices and building scalable data models.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of analysts, organizing workloads and ensuring alignment with stakeholders
- Drive analytics initiatives by partnering with business leaders to identify opportunities and conduct experiments
- Build and maintain data models and dashboards that support decision-making across multiple markets
Required qualifications
- Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
- Over 5 years of relevant analytics experience, including 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Strong SQL skills, with experience in Python preferred
- Proven ability to design and maintain scalable data models and automations
- Hands-on experience with Looker and/or Tableau for building user-friendly dashboards
