Analytics Manager
Job Summary
Leading a high-performing analytics team, the full-time remote Analytics Manager will develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy, drive actionable insights, and collaborate with stakeholders to optimize business metrics across the acquisition, conversion, and retention funnels.
Key responsibilities
- Build and manage a disciplined analytical team while developing a data and analytics roadmap
- Drive actionable insights through detailed product analysis and A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Collaborate with growth, product, and engineering teams to ensure meaningful data collection and analysis
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Analytics and Analytics Management
- 2+ years in a management role with experience in consumer-FMCG or fintech environments
- Strong analytical skills with experience in growth experiments and funnel optimization
- Proficiency in SQL and product analytics tools such as Mixpanel or Tableau
- Advanced degree in Business or STEM preferred
