Analytics Program Lead

Job Summary

Owning the analytics product program across a global organization, the remote Analytics Program Lead will manage the delivery of high-quality analytics products, enhance team velocity, and lead solution analytics teams while remaining hands-on to address complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery of coherent, high-quality, on-time analytics products across solutions
• Increase the velocity of analytics product development by shaping standards and evolving team structures
• Lead and manage solution analytics leads, ensuring effective day-to-day operations and workflow across teams

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated program ownership of a technical function with responsibility for quality and coherence
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL/dbt and modern BI tools
• Ability to establish repeatable processes and standards for analytics functions
• Proven cross-functional influence and ability to drive alignment across diverse teams
• Experience in managing ambiguity and scaling processes across multiple solutions
