Job Summary
Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, the full-time Analytics Specialist for Health Equity will provide analytical support for health equity initiatives, develop reporting solutions, and drive data-informed decision-making in a remote-eligible environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops, implements, and automates reporting solutions while ensuring data consistency and coherence
- Interprets data analyses to provide insights and compelling narratives that influence decision-making among stakeholders
- Consults with stakeholders to identify business needs and develops analytical models to support informed decision-making
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited college or university
- Three (3) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Expertise in advanced quantitative and relational database tools (e.g., advanced Excel, SQL, R/Python/SAS/STATA)
- Experience with Business Intelligence reporting and data visualization tools (e.g., SAP BusinessObjects, Power BI, Tableau)
- Knowledge of healthcare improvement science methods and tools (e.g., Cause and Effect Analysis, Statistical Process Control Chart)
