Animal Nutrition Management Trainee
Job Summary
To support the development of future manufacturing leaders, the full-time Animal Nutrition Manufacturing Management Track Associate will engage in a 12-month training program at a designated feed plant location, learning plant processes, regulatory compliance, and managerial functions while ensuring quality products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting in leading overall activities at the feed plant to meet quality and safety standards
- Learning and understanding all plant processes, including maintenance and human resources activities
- Participating in hands-on training to gain knowledge of job responsibilities and production processes
Required qualifications
- Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in relevant fields with an expected graduation date of winter 2026 or spring 2027
- Demonstrated leadership in academic or industry-related clubs
- Willingness to relocate during and after the training program
