Job Summary

A company is looking for an Animation Director to lead and inspire a co-development team of animators for high-fidelity action-adventure titles.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the animation vision in collaboration with the Game and Art Directors
• Guide animators and assess animation requirements with Department Leads and Designers
• Manage animation goals and foster a positive team environment through mentorship and feedback

Required Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in animation within the game development industry
• Demonstrated ability to nurture and develop animation talent
• In-depth understanding of gameplay systems, including combat and traversal animations
• Expertise in animation graphs and real-time game engines
• Collaborative mindset for working with co-development teams
