Job Summary

To support the Annuity Contract Management team, the full-time Product Filing Specialist will manage the preparation and submission of annuity contract filings, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while collaborating with various departments to meet business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Learning functional aspects of the team and filing requirements to prepare comprehensive filing strategies
• Coordinating with management and analysts to ensure forms are compliant and installed correctly in administrative systems
• Submitting contract forms to insurance departments and collaborating with regulators to obtain product approvals

Required qualifications

• Experience in the life insurance, annuity, or financial services industry, particularly in regulatory or compliance areas
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and adhere to deadlines
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and as part of a team
