Ansible Automation Consultant
Job Summary
Seeking a fully remote Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform Consultant, the role involves designing, deploying, and operating the Ansible Automation Platform while building automation content to streamline enterprise automation for a DoD customer.
Key responsibilities
- Design, install, configure, and upgrade Ansible Automation Platform components
- Develop, test, and maintain playbooks and roles for automation of infrastructure tasks
- Integrate AAP with source control and CI/CD pipelines, and automate security compliance across systems
Required qualifications
- 5 - 7 years of professional experience in automation and Ansible
- Active Top Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship required
- Hands-on experience with Ansible Automation Platform 2.x and advanced RHEL administration
- Strong scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
- Experience with security compliance automation in secure environments
