Anthropic Product Administrator
Job Summary
Managing the company's Anthropic enterprise environment, the full-time Anthropic Product Administrator will oversee seat provisioning, integration with enterprise systems, and drive platform adoption while working remotely from the USA.
Key responsibilities:
- Administer the Anthropic enterprise environment, including seat provisioning, SSO, and access policies
- Manage integration configurations between the Forcepoint Intelligence Platform and enterprise systems like Jira, GitHub, and Salesforce
- Own the internal product roadmap by gathering user feedback, prioritizing improvements, and building enablement programs
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of experience administering enterprise SaaS platforms
- Working knowledge of identity and access management (SSO, SCIM, directory services)
- Experience managing software licenses and vendor relationships
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
