AOU Call Specialist
Job Summary
To support the All of Us research program, the full-time AOU Call Specialist will conduct outreach, engagement, and retention activities for participants, primarily through phone communication in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize effective outreach methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
- Engage and screen patients for eligibility, providing thorough program overviews and obtaining informed consent
- Administer surveys, record data, and assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies while scheduling patient appointments
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
- Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
- Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
