API Integrations Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time API Integrations Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end API integrations, including pre-sales scoping, implementation, and enablement of delivery and support teams, while working remotely in the US.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre-sales technical discovery and produce scoping documents for API integrations
• Oversee the implementation process, ensuring successful integration and testing of APIs with client systems
• Develop operational documentation and deliver training sessions for internal teams and clients on integrated solutions

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or integration consulting
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, including the ability to read documentation and debug requests
• Experience in training and enabling internal teams with clear documentation and implementation plans
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations under time pressure
• Familiarity with financial services or regulated environments is desirable
