API Integrations Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing client base, the full-time API Integrations Implementation Specialist will manage end-to-end API integrations, from pre-sales scoping and implementation to ensuring operational readiness for clients, all while working remotely in the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Join Sales to scope API integration opportunities, translating client requirements into actionable solutions
• Own the technical delivery of integrations, guiding client engineering teams and managing milestones until live events are running
• Develop operational documentation and deliver training to ensure Delivery and Support teams can manage integrations independently

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in technical implementation, solutions engineering, or integration consulting
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, including the ability to read documentation and debug requests
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and commercial stakeholders
• Experience in training and enabling internal teams with clear documentation and implementation plans
• Familiarity with managing multiple concurrent implementations under time constraints
