Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appeals and Grievances Intake Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support coordination of appeals and grievances intake, including requesting medical records and member/provider requests
  • Maintain accurate and complete documentation of required information
  • Protect the confidentiality of member information and adhere to company policies
Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare-related field
  • Experience with medical terminology and concepts used in the healthcare delivery system, provider office, or the insurance industry
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office products
  • Advanced technical skills in the use of hardware and software with a high degree of accuracy
