Appeals and Grievances Intake Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Appeals and Grievances Intake Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support coordination of appeals and grievances intake, including requesting medical records and member/provider requests
- Maintain accurate and complete documentation of required information
- Protect the confidentiality of member information and adhere to company policies
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D
- Minimum of one year experience in a healthcare-related field
- Experience with medical terminology and concepts used in the healthcare delivery system, provider office, or the insurance industry
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office products
- Advanced technical skills in the use of hardware and software with a high degree of accuracy
