Job Summary
To support a mission-critical federal program, the full-time Appian Data Architect will design and implement scalable, secure data solutions for enterprise applications on the Appian platform while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain scalable data architectures for complex enterprise applications
- Develop data models and optimize relational database solutions to enhance application performance
- Collaborate with technical teams to establish data governance standards and troubleshoot integration issues
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of experience in software development, application architecture, or data architecture
- Significant experience with relational database technologies and SQL performance optimization
- Experience designing integrations using APIs and web services for enterprise applications
- Familiarity with the Appian platform or similar low-code/BPM solutions
