Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Appian Test Engineering Lead, the full-time position will focus on developing web-based applications with an emphasis on automation testing, while supporting the quality assurance program and leading a testing team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the development of test strategies, environments, and data for software testing
- Manage hiring, training, and performance evaluations of testing team members
- Plan, execute, and report on software development and maintenance testing activities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in information technology or related field
- 5+ years of software testing experience, including 2+ years in automation testing
- Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior members
- Proficiency with test automation tools such as Playwright and Selenium
- Ability to obtain and maintain required government security clearance
