Job Summary

Managing a team of QA resources, the full-time Application Administrator Team Lead will oversee quality assurance activities, ensuring high-quality software solutions are delivered while working remotely from Pennsylvania.

Key responsibilities:

• Establishes and enforces quality assurance standards, testing methodologies, and best practices
• Oversees test planning, execution, defect management, and release validation activities
• Develops training and mentoring activities for the application administration team to enhance skills and competencies

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 1 year managing people, processes, or projects
• At least 11 years of relevant experience
• Experience with application development tools and application testing
• Proven teamwork skills
