Application Advocate Analyst
Job Summary
Serving as the primary connection between users and technology teams, the full-time remote Application Advocate Analyst will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of an internally developed software application, ensuring its roadmap, requirements, and performance align with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Own the application's strategy and lifecycle, maintaining its purpose, stakeholders, and improvement opportunities
- Gather and document user needs and business requirements, prioritizing the backlog based on value and urgency
- Coordinate delivery efforts among developers and stakeholders, tracking progress and reporting on risks and milestones
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Availability to work Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Eastern Time
- Stable internet connection and professional remote working setup
- Experience in managing software application lifecycles and stakeholder communications
- Ability to document and prioritize business requirements effectively
