Application & AI Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Serving as a strategic advisor to business leaders, the full-time remote Application & AI Delivery Manager will manage the lifecycle of application, automation, and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives and technology solutions while facilitating stakeholder engagement and governance processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery engagements to understand operational challenges and technology needs, guiding teams in evaluating solutions
• Own the enterprise application intake process, coordinating governance and ensuring compliance with security and privacy standards
• Facilitate the implementation and adoption of approved initiatives, tracking progress and monitoring outcomes for continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in business relationship management, technology initiative leadership, or related disciplines required
• 1-3 years of experience leading AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives preferred
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI productivity tools and AI agents in a business context
• Knowledge of application delivery lifecycles, governance processes, and technology implementation practices
