Application Analyst
Job Summary
To support application implementation and enhancement, the full-time Application Analyst will manage tasks related to analysis, development, training, testing, and ongoing support while working remotely from Pennsylvania.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a strong understanding of assigned applications and identify opportunities for workflow improvements
- Produce comprehensive documentation including workflows, gap analyses, and test plans while adhering to change management policies
- Prepare training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users, providing both remote and on-site support as needed
Required qualifications:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in application support or healthcare
- Experience with government-sponsored healthcare programs such as Medicare and Medicaid
- Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and CMS regulations
- Proven ability to perform business and technical analysis in a regulated healthcare environment
