Application Analyst

Job Summary

To support application implementation and enhancement, the full-time Application Analyst will manage tasks related to analysis, development, training, testing, and ongoing support while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of assigned applications and identify opportunities for workflow improvements
• Produce comprehensive documentation, including workflow designs, gap analyses, and test plans
• Conduct application testing and provide training to end-users, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in application support or analysis
• Demonstrated experience with government-sponsored healthcare programs, such as Medicare or Medicaid
• Strong understanding of healthcare payer operations and compliance requirements
• Experience in business analysis, including gathering and documenting requirements
