Application Analyst I

Job Summary

Aligning technology solutions with business strategies, the full-time Application Analyst I will implement and support Epic Willow Ambulatory through configuration, testing, training, and troubleshooting, while maintaining effective working relationships with customer management and IT personnel in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support Epic Willow Ambulatory application systems through various functions including configuration and testing
• Provide training and troubleshooting assistance to end users and IT teams
• Develop and maintain credibility with customer management while understanding business problems and IT strategies

Required qualifications

• Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems across multiple business environments
