Application Analyst II

Job Summary

Supporting enterprise applications remotely, the full-time salaried Application Analyst II will manage application analysis, configuration, and vendor relations while ensuring alignment with university objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct application use case analysis and perform configuration and administration of assigned applications
• Advise end users on application best practices, resolve incidents, and maintain documentation related to services and solutions
• Coordinate vendor-managed application upgrades and engage with vendors to understand product roadmaps and impacts on users

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in application analysis or support
• Experience with SQL or equivalent for data analysis and troubleshooting is preferred
• Familiarity with Point of Sales Systems and Secure ID Card Systems administration and configuration is a plus
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while being available for occasional onsite meetings within 50 miles of St. Louis
