Application Analyst II
Job Summary
Providing expert support for business applications, the full-time salaried Application Analyst II will manage and optimize the Microsoft Power Platform and M365 applications, ensuring efficient operations and troubleshooting issues while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the operational health of applications, including security, availability, and performance
- Assist in planning and consulting on managing Power Automate and App solutions within the organization
- Mentor and coach application support resources, while documenting and enhancing business applications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Business, or 8 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years of experience in an application support/analyst role
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform and M365 applications
- Knowledge of help desk ticketing software, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience troubleshooting issues in a cloud environment
