Application Analyst III

Job Summary

To support the organization's IT needs, the full-time salaried Application Analyst III will focus on the design, development, and implementation of applications and systems, while providing client application support and managing small to medium-sized projects in a remote environment with minimal travel required.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and optimization of complex IT applications, ensuring they meet organizational requirements
• Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced staff while managing project plans and issue tracking
• Research and resolve application issues, offering excellent customer service and support during implementation events

Required qualifications

• High school diploma with ten years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with eight years, or a Bachelor's degree with six years in information technology or a related field
• Advanced knowledge of IT applications and systems architecture
• Experience in project management and leading complex IT projects
• Proficiency in developing and executing testing scenarios based on user requirements
• Ability to provide technical guidance and support in a healthcare environment
