Application Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support healthcare initiatives, the full-time remote Application Business Analyst will analyze business requirements, assist in process design, and act as a liaison between technical teams and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assists in planning and designing business processes and formulating recommendations to improve business activities
- Analyzes and documents client business requirements, communicating these to technical personnel through basic data and process models
- Creates basic test scenarios and executes systems tests to verify that client requirements are incorporated into system design
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of business analysis experience
- Knowledge of basic computer programming concepts, including configuration and development
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel for quantitative analysis
- Strong analytical skills and experience in business process re-engineering
