Application Database Administrator
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Application Database Administrator to enhance and support Oracle EBS databases while providing post-production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhance and support the configuration of Oracle EBS databases and provide post-production support
- Administer database schemas and collaborate with infrastructure DBAs for database design and maintenance
- Conduct quality control and auditing of database schemas to ensure data accuracy and security
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to obtain a U.S. Government SECRET / TOP SECRET Clearance
- 5+ years of experience with database query languages such as Oracle, PL SQL, SQL Server, and MS Access
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in database schema design, administration, and management
- Experience with UNIX/Linux and Windows Server operating systems, and proficiency in programming languages like Shell scripting, Python, and Java
- Experience in administering and securing large-scale databases for at least two projects
