Application Deployment Engineer
Job Summary
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote Application Deployment Engineer will define, plan, and execute application deployment strategies while managing applications across various environments and developing automation tools to enhance deployment efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Deploy, configure, and manage applications across development, testing, staging, and production environments
- Implement and optimize continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for automated application deployments
- Monitor and troubleshoot deployment issues, working closely with development and operations teams to resolve complex problems
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in application deployment or release management
- Strong knowledge of application deployment methodologies and tools
- Extensive experience with scripting and deployment automation in a CI environment
- Working knowledge of Terraform and continuous integration practices
