Application Developer
Job Summary
Supporting the United States Coast Guard, the full-time remote Application Developer will design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain enterprise applications using modern web technologies in an AWS IL2 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain web applications and services throughout the software development lifecycle
- Enhance Angular-based user interfaces and Node.js backend services within a microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
Required qualifications
- 3-6 years of professional experience developing enterprise web applications
- Experience with Angular, React, Vue, or a similar modern frontend framework
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS
- Experience developing backend services using Node.js and building RESTful APIs
- Understanding of Agile development practices and software development lifecycle methodologies
