Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in a technical discipline
- Seven years of relevant technology experience
- Prior experience in ServiceNow administration and/or development
- Experience supporting IT service teams with ITSM tools and processes
- Extensive experience in researching and implementing new technologies
