Lead Application Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Application Developer to serve as the senior technical authority for a major federal software initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide the design and development of secure, scalable, and maintainable applications across Agile teams
• Provide technical leadership and mentor engineers within a DevSecOps environment
• Translate complex requirements into actionable technical solutions in a fast-paced delivery setting

Required Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance
• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or High School Degree + 6 years of relevant experience
• At least 12 years of software development experience, including full-stack delivery
• Demonstrated expertise in architecting and building enterprise-grade applications
• Experience leading and mentoring Agile teams through sprint planning and code reviews
