Application Development Manager

Job Summary

Managing custom application development projects, the full-time salaried Application Development Manager will oversee design, implementation, and support of digital systems while leading a team to ensure high-quality performance and collaboration, with the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage project timelines and ensure successful completion of custom development projects, including design, procurement, and implementation
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of custom applications and websites, ensuring they meet clinical and operational standards
• Lead and mentor a team, fostering a collaborative environment and maintaining open communication to achieve project and service goals

Required qualifications:

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of hands-on or supervisory experience in technology and systems development, including .NET and MVC frameworks
• Proven expertise in project management and change management practices
• Demonstrable success in collecting business requirements and developing customized systems
