Job Summary
Leading a team of application developers, the full-time remote Application Development Supervisor will manage technical leadership, oversee project delivery, and ensure operational excellence while fostering a collaborative work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of application developers, establishing performance expectations and supporting employee growth
- Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), providing technical guidance and overseeing application development efforts
- Manage incident, problem, and change management activities to ensure timely resolution of production issues and service reliability
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of application development experience with 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Experience managing enterprise applications in production environments
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making capabilities
- Ability to balance hands-on technical contributions with supervisory responsibilities
