Application Development Supervisor
Job Summary
Leading a team of application developers, the full-time remote Application Development Supervisor will manage technical leadership, oversee project delivery, and ensure operational excellence while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of application developers, establishing performance expectations and supporting employee growth
- Actively participate in software design, development, and code review while providing technical guidance for application enhancements
- Oversee application development efforts through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ensure timely resolution of production issues
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years of application development experience
- 2+ years of leadership, supervisory, or technical lead experience
- Experience managing enterprise applications in production environments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
