Job Summary

Leading a high-performing application development team, the full-time Supervisor or Manager will manage staffing, work assignments, and performance while ensuring compliance with IT policies and project requirements in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and maintain communication and relationships with management across departments
• Provide design input and supervision for complex software development projects
• Mentor staff and manage individual performance to foster growth and skill development

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience supervising an Application Development Team
• 7+ years of IT experience, with 5 years focused on large-scale application development
• Experience managing customer requirements or demands
• Equivalent military experience may be considered
