Job Summary
Driving the modernization of data solutions, the full-time Application Development Team Lead will provide technical oversight, mentor developers, and lead the design and implementation of cloud-native data pipelines while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide technical guidance to developers and architects for end-to-end data solutions
- Lead the transition from flat file integrations to API-driven models, ensuring alignment with cloud architecture standards
- Support onboarding and skill development for new hires through mentorship and training
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or IT preferred
- 10+ years of experience in application development with hands-on experience in .NET Core and Entity Framework Core
- Advanced knowledge of Azure resources and architecture
- Experience with CI/CD processes, including Azure DevOps pipelines
- Practical experience in data modeling and using ETL tools
