Application Engineer

Job Summary

Serving as a trusted technical resource, the full-time remote Application Engineer will engage with customers to provide product selection guidance, act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, and deliver post-sales support while ensuring effective use of Nook and Thomson products.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate product selection guidance based on customer requirements
• Act as a key liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution
• Deliver post-sales support, including troubleshooting and resolving technical inquiries

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering Technology, or a related discipline
• Prior exposure to application engineering or technical support is preferred
• Familiarity with Lean manufacturing techniques and Six Sigma methodologies preferred
• Solid understanding of engineering and manufacturing principles
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
