Job Summary
To support a growing demand for advanced cryogenic solutions, the full-time remote Application Engineer will manage technical evaluations and proposals for equipment projects, collaborating with sales and engineering teams to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer specifications and develop competitive technical and commercial proposals for centrifugal turbo-expanders and turbo-compressors
- Lead the internal proposal process, coordinating with various teams to ensure all aspects of proposals are addressed
- Provide technical training and support to sales personnel and maintain professional relationships with target accounts
Required qualifications
- BS in Engineering or a related field
- At least three years of experience in bidding/proposal preparation for engineered equipment
- Experience with centrifugal air/gas turbo-expanders or turbo-compressors
- Competency in reading technical drawings and understanding API & ASME codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite
