Application Runbook Administrator

Job Summary

To support the operationalization of the Cutover SaaS platform, the full-time Application Runbook Administrator will manage day-to-day administration, build and maintain runbook templates, and ensure governance standards are met while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Cutover workspaces and user access, ensuring alignment with governance standards
• Build and maintain standardized runbook templates, capturing end-to-end cutover steps and dependencies
• Lead runbook execution events, track progress, and facilitate communication among stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Experience administering or power-using Cutover
• Hands-on experience with IT Resilience and Incident Management (ITIL) practices
• Ability to translate technical procedures into clear, executable tasks
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-team coordination skills
• Familiarity with SDLC concepts and deployment patterns
